CrossFit Kids Seminar
February 22-23, 2020
The CrossFit Kids Certificate Course provides specific methods for teaching CrossFit to children and adolescents. Participants learn techniques for teaching the CrossFit methodology to kids safely, effectively, and appropriately structured for specific age groups, as well as how to build a CrossFit Kids program at an affiliate. Throughout the course, participants learn how to pair fitness with fun, which is essential in setting a child on a lifetime path of fitness. Affiliate owners, teachers, coaches, and parents all benefit from learning this unique, kid-friendly approach to teaching CrossFit.
CrossFit Level One Seminar
March 7-8, 2020
The Level 1 provides an introductory education on the fundamental principles and movements of CrossFit. It is the starting point for anyone seeking to improve their health and fitness through effective training and nutritional strategies. Prospective coaches and gym owners take the Level 1 to acquire the foundational training required to help others become fitter and healthier using the CrossFit methodology.
CrossFit Level Two Seminar
March 21-22, 2020
The Level 2 Certificate Course is an intermediate-level course that builds on the concepts and movements introduced at the Level 1 Certificate Course. This course is ideally suited for any CrossFit trainer serious about delivering quality coaching. Level 2 participants enhance their understanding of the CrossFit methodology, program design, and implementation. They also advance their skills while coaching others in movements and workouts.

The Weightlifting L1 Course objective is to teach coaches and athletes how to teach and perform the snatch, clean, jerk – safely, efficiently and effectively.Come spend 2 days with the Burgener Strength Team dialing in the fundamentals, drills and positions for both the snatch and clean & jerk in both coaching and performance breakouts. The focus is on participants learning and experiencing the foundational teaching points for instructing others to achieve them. (Formerly the CrossFit® Weightlifting Course)

Joe is a Level 4 CrossFit coach. He has administered nearly 400 CrossFit Level One, Level Two, and Kids seminars across the world. He has owned two CrossFit gyms, and has mentored/developed dozens of coaches over his 20+ years in the fitness industry.
