Schedule Your Next On-Ramp!

Congrats on scheduling your On-Ramp, we are excited to get started with you!

I’d like to personally challenge you to set up the rest of your on-ramps (you need 5 total) now, by clicking this link to go back to the scheduler. Establishing this goal of being regimented in the first step may set you up for success for the rest of your journey.  Show yourself that YOU are taking control of your life!

In your on-ramps, we are going to find out what ground-zero is.  We want to make a plan to make you better! No matter where you are in your journey:  deconditioned to well-conditioned, weak to strong, young to old, athletic history to no-athletic history.  Let’s just find out what ground zero really is when you begin with us.

We will gather data on your body with our state of the art InBody Scanner., you will also get placed on the MAP.  Neither of these are a judgment of your personal character!  It is an evaluation of your fitness and health.  No matter where you are in your journey:  deconditioned to well-conditioned, weak to strong, young to old, athletic history to no-athletic history.  Let’s just find out what ground zero really is when you begin with us.

Then, we will set-up regular Goals Meetings.  We will use all the gathered metrics and your personal goals to develop a real, tangible plan.  As goals are met, we will re-organize and tackle bigger items!

Essentially, our goal is to be of service to you.  Let’s make the best version of YOU possible!
