This is 60 minutes of high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!  A CrossFit membership gets access to Bootcamp and Barbell classes as well!
$150/4 Weeks = First Family Member
$100/4 Weeks = Second Family Member
$75/4 Weeks = Third+ Family Member

There’s nothing like bootcamp to turbo-charge your fitness and boost your energy levels. Yes it’s fast and furious but we LOVE IT this way! Try it once and you’ll be addicted, we swear! Get in, sweat and get out, in just 30 minutes.  Bootcamp memberships only have access to Bootcamp classes.  Use code “firsttimemember” if you are a first time member, you will receive the first 4 weeks at $69!

Barbell Club (USAW Club)

Train like an Olympian at our weights-only Oly-lifting classes. Learn how to reduce injury and optimise your weight-lifting technique for faster results. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you go from ‘so-so’ to ‘super strong’ when you stick with these sessions. This membership includes access to our CrossFit & Bootcamp classes!
$150/4 Weeks = First Family Member
$100/4 Weeks = Second Family Member
$75/4 Weeks = Third+ Family member

Junior Varsity

Ideal for future legends aged 5-10 years. Fitness disguised as fun! All classes are taught by CrossFit Kids Coaches. Run, jump, pull, push, and smile your way to being fit!
$55/4 Weeks
M-TH: 5:00-5:30PM


Ideal for future legends aged 11-17 years. Teen classes focus on building fitness without putting too much pressure on growing limbs.
$75/4 Weeks
M-TH: 4:15-5:00PM

Team Training

This training will specifically develop skills that can be transferred over to any athletic field, court, mat, or arena… If you are looking to take your athletic performance to the next level, this is the place for you! Contact us to schedule recurring dates!

InBody Testing

810 CrossFit is outfitted with an Inbody 570. We believe tracking weight, body fat composition, individual limb lean mass, intracellular and extracellular water (indicator of inflammation levels), and visceral fat (this is the fat on our organs that leads to chronic disease) is critical to tracking health.
