The MAP is our tool to help customize your fitness experience at 810. As a member of 810 CrossFit, we will test your fitness in 15 different categories. This IS NOT a measure of your moral character! It is simply a tool to find out what “ground zero” when you enter our facility! Once the results are recorded, we can customize your daily workouts for AND provide you with guidance on how to improve your individual weaknesses while maintaining your strengths! We recognize that everyone is their own unique snowflake, and the MAP allows us to guide you!
