TEAM TRAINING

810 CrossFIt offers two types of Team training:


1. CROSSFIT TEAM TRAINING:  

We have taken the roots of ALL athletic endeavors and combined them into workouts that demand hard work and sweat equity.  This training will specifically develop skills that can be transferred over to any athletic field, court, mat, or arena... If you are looking to take your athletic performance to the next level, this is the place for you!  Our focus is on true core strength, engaging the posterior chain, maintaining midline stabilization while using a dynamic hip, and developing core-to-extremity characteristics. 


2. TRADITIONAL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: 

This program mimics what is found in many high school/college weight rooms across the nation.  It focuses on producing a well rounded athlete, with specific metrics in the back squat, deadlift, strict overhead press, pull-up, two-footed vertical jump, and 40Y dash.  A typical day will consist of coached speed/agility drills, linear progression weightlifting, and a dose of metabolic conditioning.  


TIMES:  These are one hour sessions, available Monday-Thursday at 8:30PM or Saturday/Sunday all day during the school year.  We also are available from 7am-9:30am, and 11:30am-2pm Monday-Friday during winter break, spring break, and  summer months.


PRICING:  Sessions are $110 each with a minimum of a 10 session commitment and maximum of 15 athletes/session.  Between 15-25 athletes can be accommodated for $150/session.


AGES:  This can be set up for either all Elementary age, all Junior High age, or all High School age athletes.  Slots may not combine age groups.
