*All new adult CrossFit members must schedule their five "On-Ramps" before attending classes unannounced.
*All new adult Bootcamp members must schedule one "On-Ramp" within the first month of joining (not required for bootcamp, "new you challenge," or kids memberships).
*These are one-on-one sessions where we will cover the mechanics and vocabulary used in the gym. "On-Ramps" are available M-Th at 6am, 9:30am, or 6:30pm.
The On-Ramps can be scheduled Monday-Thursday at 6:00am, 9:30am, or 6:30pm (24 hours in advance, so we can schedule a coach). You will recieve an email with your login name and password to schedule on-ramps once step #2 is completed.
