SUMMER HOURS: Monday's-Thursday's, 8:30AM-9:30AM (6/17/2019-8/29/2019)
Our High School class is designed to take High School and Junior High athletes to the next level! We have taken the roots of ALL athletic endeavors and combined them into workouts that demand hard work and sweat equity. This membership will specifically develop skills that can be transferred over to any athletic field, court, mat, or arena... If you are looking to take your athletic performance to the next level, this is the place for you!
Our focus is on true core strength, engaging the posterior chain, maintaining midline stabilization while using a dynamic hip, and developing core-to-extremity characteristics. There is a daily lesson of mental fortitude that is incorporated into the WOD (Workout of the Day) as well.
Our High School program is designed to serve three purposes:
1. To gain the extra edge of strength & conditioning/mental fortitude during the off-season.
2. Ever desire to be the best? Looking for a place to put in the "extra work" during the season that can propel you to the next level? This is a perfect commitment to gain the extra edge of conditioning you look to get over your opponent.
