‚Äč810 Boot Camp

Our 810 Boot Camp sessions are 30 minutes in duration.  They happen Monday's through Friday's at:

5:15AM-5:45AM

10:45AM-11:15AM

7:45PM-8:15PM (The Friday evening bootcamp is from 6PM-6:30PM, there is no 7:45-8:15PM on Friday's)


*With a boot camp membership, you can come to any 30 minute Boot Camp session that fits your schedule.   The movements included are bodyweight, running, rowing, and light-medium weightlifting with high repetitions.  

These memberships are sold in 6 week commitments.  The cost is $100/4 weeks.  The 4 week's will auto-renew until you decide to cancel!

Our boot camp members will do one "benchmark" WOD (Workout Of the Day) per week.  There is a total of 6 benchmark WOD's.  The benchmarks are how we will test your fitness and monitor your progress!
