810 Boot Camp
Our 810 Boot Camp sessions are 30 minutes in duration.
ALL Bootcamp sessions are reservation ONLY!
They happen Monday's through Friday's at:
6:45PM-7:15PM (Not on Friday's)
7:45PM-8:15PM (Not on Friday's)
*With a boot camp membership, you can come to any 30 minute Boot Camp session that fits your schedule. The movements included are bodyweight, running, rowing, and light-medium weightlifting with high repetitions.
These memberships are sold in 4-week commitments. The cost is $100/4 weeks. The 4 week's will auto-renew until you decide to cancel!
*Our bootcamp runs in two week "cycles." In the second week you will try to beat your scores from the first week!
