810 Barbell Club

Our barbell club is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting club.  We are a BARBELL WOD Chapter and follow California Strength Programming.  This program runs in four week training cycles of progressive overload and periodization.  It can be used to supplement a current CrossFit regime to develop additional strength or it can be used as a stand alone strength program.  The club meets at the following times:
5AM, 6AM, 9:30AM, 3PM, 5:30PM, & 6:30PM


This class will be either before OR after the 9:30 CrossFit class on Saturday.  The times will be announced that week.
This club is free to all 810 CrossFit Unlimited members, click here for those details.  This program is not open to Bootcamp members.
