810 Barbell Club

Our barbell club is a sanctioned USA Weightlifting club.  We are a BARBELL WOD Chapter and follow California Strength Programming.  This program runs in four week training cycles of progressive overload and periodization.  It can be used to supplement a current CrossFit regime to develop additional strength or it can be used as a stand alone strength program.  The club meets at the following times:
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY:
5AM-6AM
10:30AM-11:30AM
7:30PM-8:30PM (Monday & Wednesday only for the 7:30PM session)

This club is free to all 810 CrossFit Unlimited members, click here for those details.  This program is not open to Bootcamp members.
