2018 Youth Soccer Strength & Conditioning
This middle school program is designed for 6th-8th graders. It will start 6/18 and run for 13 sessions, excluding 7/4. This is an awesome opportunity for kids to discover that fitness and a healthy lifestyle is FUN! With high-quality coaches to ensure SAFETY, children will be introduced to the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied, functional movements, (intensity applied when older and appropriate)... With fun! This program can be used as a general physical conditioning method, off-season training or to make CrossFit your child's sport of choice. The group classes run with the guidance and instruction of a knowledgeable and energetic coach Monday and Wednesday from 4:45pm- 5:30pm. Kids can come as often or as infrequently as they desire; however routine and repetition is optimal for learning and growth. Payment is for a four-week cycle.
